The e-shop www.margoni.gr was created by Margoni-Mandilakis O.E based in Thessaloniki, on Ptolemeon 33 str., 54630, legally represented by Ioannis Mandilakis and Mary Margoni, VAT: 999560845.

Please read these terms carefully before using the site. By using these websites, users signify their assent and agreement to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should immediately discontinue any use.

Ordering process

Once you have selected the product you are interested in, please follow these steps:

Click on the “financial offer” option and you will automatically receive a message with a link in your e-mail.
Follow the link and fill in the form with all the necessary information: contact details, billing / shipping details, quantity of products, etc.
The Margoni company will process the details of the form and within a reasonable time will send to your e-mail a link that will lead you to the offer.
If you wish to complete the order, choose one of the following payment methods. Once the payment of your order is completed you will receive an automated email with the details of your purchase. During the progress of the order, you will receive a second email which will inform you about the details of the delivery.

If any issues arise during your ordering process, you will be sent an e-mail or we will contact you by phone at the number you entered when completing the interest form. Please let us know if any of your contact details are modified.

Bank deposit

You can deposit the equivalent of your order at MARGONI’s bank account (please see account details below).

In order to avoid cancelation of your order, the deposit must be made within 3 working days.

In the bank deposit you must state your full name and your order number, which will be emailed to you upon completion of the ordering process.

In order for your order to be dispatched, proof of your payment must be sent.

The process of clearing your payment is undertaken by WIN BANK (PIRAEUS BANK) thus ensuring the absolute security of your transaction.

For the maximum possible security of the web banking service, the bank applies methods that secure your transactions and protect your data.

We do not collect nor store your credit card information in any way. This is why you need to re-enter them every time you use your credit card for transactions.

All names, images and trademarks used by Margoni are registered or used with the permission of the owner. The use of the collections, products, services, the company name and all logos / emblems belonging to Margoni is not allowed by third parties.

In case of non-availability of products and / or delay in the delivery of ordered products, the company guarantees the timely notification of the customer (s).

Security and Personal Data

Recognizing the importance of the security of your personal data as well as your electronic transactions, Margoni company takes all the necessary measures to ensure your maximum possible security.

All information, which is related to your personal data and your transactions, is secure and confidential.

When navigating and accessing the contents of the online store, you do not need to provide information that constitutes personal data. However, in order to express an interest in a financial offer – order you will be asked for contact details such as name, email address, telephone, fax, address and postal code.

You can cancel your order only before its shipment.

Call us at +30 2310 233090 to confirm that your order has not been shipped and to cancel it.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Orders from Greece
For purchases worth more than 150€ shipping costs are free. For purchases of lower value, the shipping charge is 3€.

Orders from countries within the European Union
For purchases worth more than 300€ shipping costs are free. For purchases of lower value, the shipping charge is 25€.

Orders from countries outside the European Union
For purchases worth more than 1500€, shipping costs are free including custom clearance costs that must be handled by Margoni. Addition clearance costs for the customer may arise depending on the country. For purchases worth between 800€ and 1500€, the shipping cost is 65€ and includes custom clearance costs that must be handled by Margoni. Addition clearance costs for the customer may arise depending on the country. For purchases of lower value, the shipping charge is 45€ and includes custom clearnce costs that must be handled by Margoni. Addition clearance costs for the customer may arise depending on the country.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

When ordering from a country outside the European Union, customs clearance of products in the country of delivery is an additional cost and is borne by the recipient. Charges and taxes vary by country.

Margoni company will fully inform you via email about the customs clearance costs that will be charged to your order.

Delivery time is 7-15 working days.

Refund Policy

You have the right to request a refund and return the products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.

Customers from countries outside the European Union will be charged with the costs of transporting the products, insurance costs and customs clearance costs.

In order for the process to be valid and to be served as soon as possible, please notify us by email at info@margoni.gr or by phone at +30 2310233090 within the deadline mentioned above.

Once we receive the email, we will send you the refund form which you need to fill in and send via email to info@margoni.gr.

In order for your application to be accepted the product (s) to be returned should:

be in excellent condition, inside its packaging, intact and unused.
has been checked and approved by the company.
be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.

In case the above conditions are met, we will refund you within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt and approval by the company Margoni of the returned product.

Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you personally and carefully check the product you received and confirm that it remains in excellent condition along with its packaging.

Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement with another product or products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.

Customers from countries outside the European Union will be charged with the costs of transporting the products, insurance costs and customs clearance costs.

In case the new product is of lesser value than the one you originally bought we will credit you with the difference for future purchases.

In order for the procedure to be valid and to be served as soon as possible, you should notify us by email at info@margoni.gr or by phone at +30 2310 233090 within the deadline mentioned above.

Once we receive the email, we will send you a form which you need to fill in and send via email to info@margoni.gr

In order for your application to be accepted the product (s) to be returned should:
