Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement with another product or products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.

Customers from countries outside the European Union will be charged with the costs of transporting the products, insurance costs and customs clearance costs.

In case the new product is of lesser value than the one you originally bought we will credit you with the difference for future purchases.

In order for your application to be accepted the product (s) to be returned should:

  • be in excellent condition, inside its packaging, intact and unused.
  • has been checked and approved by the company.
  • be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.
