RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

RETURNS

You have the right to return the items you purchased and request their replacement with another product or products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order.

If the amount paid for your original order exceeds the cost of the replacement, the remaining balance will be added to your store credit.

For the procedure to be valid and processed promptly, please notify us by email at info@margoni.gr or by phone at +30 2310 233090 within the mentioned deadline.

Once we receive your request, a form will be sent to you, which you will be required to complete and return to us via email at info@margoni.gr.

Be informed that the following conditions apply for the application to be accepted:

  • The returned items must be in excellent condition, inside their packaging, intact and unused.
  • They must be checked and approved by the company.
  • The original receipt and all purchase documents must be included in the package.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the European Union. Consequently, all purchases with a destination outside the European Union are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
